While every effort is made to use industry-appropriate techniques, products, and care, Fresh Jet shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, corrosion, paint imperfections, structural defects, or latent conditions that may become visible during or after the cleaning process.

By engaging our services, the aircraft owner or authorized representative acknowledges and agrees that Fresh Jet  is not responsible for any damage resulting from undisclosed defects, improper prior maintenance, manufacturer defects, environmental exposure, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations not provided to us in writing.
